Process Analysis
Process analysis is the action of studying a process with the purpose of identifying opportunities of improvement.
From an analytical point of view, any business is comprised of individual processes, moving in conjunction with other processes towards fulfilling the company mission, while being initiated by or interacting with managers, employees customer and suppliers.
Same as cogs rotating inside a machinery each process should move easily, using the least amount of energy or having the least amount of drag possible. It often happens that one or more processes, for various reasons, begins to increase it's drag or get stuck, decreasing the efficiency of the whole enterprise.

Incognito process analysis
How does a customer or outside party perceive a critical process such as a sales operation? How will they honestly communicate their opinion to you? The true aspects which they like, or dislike. For the most part, even with anonymous surveys or reviews, they won't tell you the whole picture, or anything at all.
Upon request we make incognito assessments, approaching as regular customers or patrons.
What if we managed to dissect the process into each individual part, allowing us to understand exactly which positive aspects could be worth scaling, and which are the negative ones that need addressing?
